What is solution focused hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a cutting edge, research based, relaxing and enjoyable way to help reprogramme your mind. Using a combination of talk therapies, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and trance, I will work with you to get you to where you want to be. It’s clever, it’s gentle and it’s incredibly effective. It’s psychotherapy at it’s very best.

This new framework offers you a greater sense of self, an awakening if you like. of the potential opportunities you have already, to help you reframe your own thinking.  During sessions with me, you will always be in control, you will be consciously and subconsciously setting your own goals, and as you work towards these goals, you will start seeing real life changes.

The key to SFH is that it encourages you, the client, to work out where the problem is, and then to work with me to find a solution of your own, and achieve those goals.  The beauty of it all?  Most of these changes will be done without you really noticing at all! 

What happens when i’m in trance? Under Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. We go into hypnosis all the time. Think of driving a car on the motorway, watching tv with friends, or going for a walk.
